Whether you are a closeted tv junkie or a self-proclaimed couch potato, there are very few of us in this country whom don’t possess some affinity for a television set. I’ll boast proudly about my guilty pleasure shows. Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am addicted to America’s Next Top Model and So You Think You Can Dance. So, when the opportunity came to write about these said indulges, I snapped it right up!

After an awkward situation I had a few weeks back, I’m starting to understand how writing about concert dance can conflict with my desire to still be onstage. This does not mean I am hanging up my ‘pen’ and no longer writing about dance. However, I’m taking a brief hiatus from the world of New York concert dance and turning my sights to the world of So You Think You Can Dance.

Recently, I accepted a ‘news writer’ position for SYTYCD on This snarky and clever site specializes in telling all about fashion, tv, pop culture, and celebrity news. It’s fun and colorful, filled with tidbits about everyone’s favorite shows and personalities. Personally, I’m excited for a change from the serious to the slightly bitchy – yet, still lighthearted. I lean naturally towards a tongue n’ cheek tone in my writing and it will be fun to finally put some of that sass out in cyberspace. Check out my first article! And don’t forget the premiere of season 8 Thursday May 26th at 8pm on FOX! Admit it, you’re excited.
