These nuts are so easy to make and you can adjust to your taste preferences

Based on a recipe from :

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl, whisk 1 large egg white until frothy. Add the following:

1 bag of sunflower seeds

2 Tablespoons brown sugar

1 T Chili powder

1 T cumin

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon cloves

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon dried chili flakes

Spread the nuts in an even layer onto a baking sheet. Bake for seven minutes. Remove from the oven and toss. Bake for another seven minutes or until nicely browned. Add more salt to taste and cool completely.
