My friend Lizzy (a former dancer and choreographer) has started an awesome new food company called PLOVGH.  PLOVGH is an online farmstand with the aim is to bring farm fresh food to your door while allowing farmers to do what they do best.  I think it is still in the early stages, but it is definitely not too early to sign up so they can start letting you know when there is fresh food available in your area.  I think it will be like a CSA without the punishing commitment.  In their own words: “You eat and the farmer farms.”

Who knew a former dancer would one day revolutionize they way you shop for food and eat?  I know she will!  You can follow the journey @plovgh on twitter.
