As DIY’s resident fashion blogger, I thought it might be a fun idea to profile some ladies whose style I really admire. This first lady is Joanna Hillman, senior fashion market editor for Harper’s Bazaar. Originally from Toronto, she studied art history at the University of Western Ontario, and previously worked at Teen Vogue as their senior fashion market editor. To be quite honest, I’m not entirely sure what a senior fashion market editor does. If personal style is any indication though, she is quite good at her job! Known for her gorgeous long blonde hair, red lips, and black sunglasses, she is the epitome of New York cool. Her style is slightly edgy, slightly androgynous, slightly lady like, and totally awesome.

If you’d like to emulate Joanna’s amazing and eclectic style, think unique blazers and coats, slouchy and super skinny pants, and bright lips. Oh, and don’t forget your sunglasses!
