The other night, I met my cousin for dinner at MaryAnn’s Mexican Restaurant in Chelsea.
Both of us claimed, “Oh, I am not that hungry.” So, we decided to split an entree. After a small debate over what to order, we decided on the shrimp and goat cheese quesadilla. Plentiful and colorful, the dish was a crowd-pleaser. Tucked in a large flour tortilla, was a generous portion of shrimp, mushrooms, corn, spinach, goat cheese, and spices – all marinated in a subtle sauce. Field greens and green rice, complimented the dish nicely. My mouth is watering from the mere thought of it.
I am pretty sure I ate my weight in chips, salsa, and guacamole. So much for “not that hungry.” They make all 3 on site, and all 3 were delicious. More please!
