Kyle Abraham, a friend of mine and fave choreographer of the young downtown dance scene, has designed a cabaret evening of Valentine-inspired works.   The show Heartbreak and Homies will be at Joe’s Pub courtesy of Dance/NOW  on February 11th and 12th at 7pm and might include YOUR favorite heartbreak song if you submit it to Abraham and Friends.  I love the concept and the interactive element!

Show will also include Faye Driscoll, Alex Escalante and David Dorfman Dance.  Tickets to Joe’s Pub events tend to go fast, you can get them here. I won’t be able to go, due to two Dd birthday parties, but I hope someone I know will and soak up the love for us all.
