DIY Tinsel Wreath

Need a last minute gift?  Want to make it something homemade, but you’re short on time and low on funds?  Never fear!  This easy to make Tinsel Wreath is short on crafting time, but a big hit with recipients!
All you need is a few yards of tinsel, some sewing pins, a few glass ornament balls in the color(s) of your choosing, a bow and a foam wreath form.
First pin the end of the tinsel to the form with a sewing pin then simply wrap the form completely in tinsel.  Be careful not to wrap too tightly, as you don’t want to smush the tinsel.
As you go, push the wire tops of the ornaments into the foam in clusters of 3.  You can use a dab of hot glue to enforce the three balls and make sure they stay connected.
Then when you are finished wrapping the whole wreath form, add your bow, again using a sewing pin to secure it to the foam form.  And you’re all done!  You can add more ornaments if you wish or just keep it simple.  The best part about this craft is you can have a lot of fun experimenting with unusual color combinations and end up with a really fun, retro looking wreath, perfect for spreading holiday cheer.
Happy crafting!
